- Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Information Technology related fields a minimum
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Information Technology
• Hospitality or gaming working experience would be a bonus
• Experience in system & Database monitoring and diagnostic programs and tools, Data Center management and operation, and system environment security
• Knowledge in Active Directory integrated DNS, DHCP and WINS operation and TCP/IP networking
• Knowledge in Hospitality or gaming system and infrastructure
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Responsibilities
-
• Implement and support of IT system infrastructure and facilities
• Provide technical advice for application enhancements and projects
• Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD), email system and file sharing systems for all users
• Storage system capacity management for server utilization and performance optimization
• Define and maintain Backup strategy for all systems and perform restore/recovery when required
• Re-configure and fine-tune server/network/database to provide optimal cost effective performance
• Handle and report any unsolved IT system and infrastructure issues to management in a timely manner
• Provide second-level support to Help Desk for IT system and infrastructure issues
• Monitor and report performance issues as required
• Assist IT Compliance team and provide information and reports for any audit requirements
• Perform vendor management in accordance with department strategies, policies and procedures
