Requirements
• University degree majored in Business Studies, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Macau hotel or integrated resort
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Have basic skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience in using Intra-Extranet
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals and groups
• Willing to work on shifts, nighttime, weekends, holidays and during special events as required
Responsibilities
• Provide support to the team on daily administrative tasks such as managing duty roster and handling correspondence. Assist in preparing promotional materials including the production of vouchers and souvenirs
• Perform market research and gather data from competitors to support decision-making process. Assist in coordinating and following up on projects including observing timelines, tracking progress and monitoring budget
• Support the execution of different marketing campaigns, both indoor and outdoor. Follow Standard Operating Procedure to ensure promotions are properly executed
• Monitor inventory list, including capex assets, marketing materials and souvenirs. Keep track of incoming and outgoing records
• Assist to prepare program outlines and necessary documents such as marketing proposal and budget estimation for management approval
• Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, including meeting room reservation, on-going scheduling, invitation compilation, agendas preparation and meeting minutes consolidation
• Handle data management tasks such as record update and report generation. Provide general administrative support like filing, ordering office supplies and handling other administrative duties as assigned. Responsible for managing travel arrangements and collateral logistics for team members when necessary
