Position: Docent – Art Gallery
Department: Corporate Brand and Marketing

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or above in Arts, Communications, Events, Hospitality, Cultural and Heritage or related major is preferred
• Previous experience in art curation, education, or tour guiding is advantageous
• Knowledgeable in the history of Macau is advantageous
• Possess good presentation and communication skills in both Chinese and English
Responsibilities: • Familiar with the history of Macau and SJM Resorts, lead guided tours of the art gallery while explaining the significance of various artworks and exhibitions in a positive manner
• Provide high-quality services to all guests and offer suitable solutions to meet customer expectations, including coordinate guided tours and activities
• Assist to manage group sizes, tour schedules, and any special arrangements for visitors or events
• Record the number of visitation and prepare regular report
• Ensure the space of gallery is safe and accessible for all visitors
