• Bachelor Degree or equivalent majoring in Business Marketing
• Minimum of 3 years practical experience in consumer/ retail marketing, with experience of marketing shopping mall in integrated resort(s) will be an advantage
• Ability to deal with retailers and food & beverages operators
• Ability to negotiate at varying levels, good communication liaison and influencing skills
• Strong proficiency in using Excel, Powerpoint, Word and other MS Office apps
• Positive & Proactive work attitude
• Ability to manage multiple demands, tasks and competing priorities
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Able to adhere to set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies as required
• Able to adhere to company policies, procedures and practices
- Responsibilities
-
• Assist the team head to execute the yearly marketing plan and target objectives
• To work closely with Retailers to cater their need, brand/product exposure for special occasions or projects
• Getting new ideas and insights to develop effective solutions to achieve business needs and marketing goals
• Gathers and analysis data and information to identify the new markets and customers, demand for products and services
• Coordinates in-store promotions and the related marketing elements with Retailers and Internal Support teams
• Manage the creative development process - brief in-related teams and partners, participate in Retail content creation, and manage creative approvals
• Conceptualize effective marketing collateral to maximize retail shop-front experience
• Monitor and support the Retail Marketing Promotions & Events executions and coordination
• Manage and work on daily report on any Promotions / Events/ Projects
• Assist to create the report and work on all the Retail Reports and consolidate the data from all relevant teams and parties for post analysis
