Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, media communications or related fields
• Proficiency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
• Experience managing press conferences, events, and promotional activities
• Strong organizational and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities
• Support and assist the manager in all aspects of PR activities of Grand Lisboa Palace, including press conferences, events, promotions, and initiatives within the hospitality industry
• Assist in the development of PR strategies and ensure the successful execution of for our events and hospitality-focused promotions in accordance to brand standards and company policies
• Assist in crafting press releases and coordinate media outreach, mange all purchase requisitions and invoicing for media buys and related expenses
• Liaise with both internal and external parties including but not limited to media, agencies, production houses and vendors to ensure smooth implementation of PR activities and events
