Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service
• Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, English is plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer and system skills
• Able to work on shift and standing for long durations
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service, welcome and approach every customer proactively
• Responsible for collecting ticket payments from guests
• Introducing each game station to guests, assist to enhance their gaming experience
• Ensuring smooth operation of all game stations
• Ensure all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures
• Work well in a team and actively support and assist your colleagues
