Requirements
• Bachelor Degree or above
• Minimum of 3 years practical experience in learning & development area or a similar role
• Excellent verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Organisational Development and Change Management framework and objectives
• Knowledgeable in graphics and multimedia design, experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g. PS, AI, ID, PR)
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Camtasia, Captivate)
• Experience with Learning Management System and Performance Management System
Responsibilities
• Work collaboratively on the design, development and implementation of programmes, policies and strategies to meet business needs and programme goals
• Provide support to key stakeholders on learning interventions and suitably recommend appropriate solutions
• Work with Assistant Director – Organisational Development to provide expertise to diagnose business needs and create and facilitate targeted interventions to include organization design, change management, organization effectiveness, and leadership effectiveness.
• Design, develop and facilitate leadership skills and organisational effectiveness-related sessions to senior audiences
• Lead the planning, design, implementation, roll-out, maintenance and promotion of Learning Management System and Performance Management System
• Own full life-cycle of digital content design and creation, including: setting metrics, designing course content, identifying, negotiating and managing vendors, promotion, etc.
• Lead and implement the Management Trainee programme for the company and ensure the effectiveness of the programme in supply of future talents
• Assist with all reasonable duties as instructed by Assistant Director – Organisational Development.
