Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or Hospitality)
• 1-2 years in an administrative, sustainability, procurement, or graphic design role. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Skilled in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with purchasing software or ERP systems is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
• Assistant in planning, coordinating, and executing sustainability-related events, workshops, and training sessions. Ensure events are conducted in an environmentally responsible manner
• Design engaging graphics, posters, and banners for sustainability campaigns and events. Develop visually appealing content for digital platforms (e.g., social media, intranet). Ensure brand consistency across all designed materials
• Research, write, and design the quarterly/monthly sustainability newsletter. Highlight key sustainability achievements, upcoming events, and employee spotlights. Distribute the newsletter to all staff and relevant external stakeholders
• Assist in data collection for sustainability reporting (e.g., energy consumption, waste management). Support the implementation of new sustainability projects across the resort. Participate in internal audits and assessments to ensure sustainability standards are met
• Develop and schedule posts for the department’s social media accounts. Foster engagement among staff on sustainability issues through creative campaigns
• Receive, review, and process purchase requests and ensure compliance with the resort’s purchasing policies and procedures
• Collaborate closely with the finance and procurement officers to facilitate the processing of purchase orders
• Manage departmental correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sustainability Director or Assistant Director. Participate in cross-functional teams to support resort-wide initiatives
