Requirements
• Diploma Degree or above
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role
• Positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, ideally fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Professional appearance
• Ability to function well as part of a team
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in software packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
Responsibilities
• Back up for Vice President for project process, such as scoping, preparation, procurement, report and conclusion
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
• Delivers engaging, informative, well organized presentations
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors
• Create financial document, such PR, SR, CER and CRR
• Keep good record for purchasing and sourcing items
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Vice President of Hotel Operations Team
• To monitor daily attendance, annual leave, sick leave, special leave and resignation for the team with adherence to company policies and Macau Labour Law. Ensure that all attendance reports are in Mizzisoft
• To coordinate between department and HR regarding Team Member related forms including to Coaching Letters, End of Probation Reviews, Staff Request Spreadsheet, Offer Request Spreadsheet and others
• To prepare all access required for the new Team Members including door access, window account, SAP account, email account and others
