Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or Information Technology or relevant disciplines
• SAP Certified Associate – SAP Certified Specialist are added advantage
• Minimum 5 years in application and system development and one full cycle in SAP Projects Implementation in FICO Module
• Specialization in Finance, project management, business administration, or a related field will be advantageous
• Extensive knowledge of ABAP programming language, including ABAP Workbench, Reports, Screens, Performance Tuning
• Strong functional awareness of Finance business process to provide viable SAP Finance solutions
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Extensibility (in-app / on-stack)
• Proven experience of working on process automation, as well as integration of SAP FICO, MM, and its integration with other SAP modules as well as non-SAP system
• Proven experience in system configuration, customization, and integration within SAP
• Proven experience in system testing, data validation, and troubleshooting within SAP
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes
• Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach
• SAP-Accredited certification or similar experiences in SAP Support and Development role
• Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration large company SDLC processes
• Real time system analysis exposure a plus
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
• Experience in project rollouts
• Strong proficiency in SAP processes
• Web / Mobile application and API development experience is a plus
Responsibilities
• Extensive exposure in SAP Financial and Material Management domain, including direct exposure in SAP implementation projects
• Work on SAP S/S4 HANA implementation, upgradation, enhancement and support
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to financial and material management systems, with a focus on SAP
• Design, configure, and implement financial and material management system solutions within the SAP environment
• Conduct system testing, data validation, and documentation for SAP financial and material management modules
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted financial operations
• Streamline and automate financial processes leveraging SAP functionalities
• Development, Update function programs and deliver training programs on SAP system functionalities
• Testing & Troubleshooting, UAT, Training, Implementation & Documentation
• Stay updated with industry trends and identify opportunities for system enhancement
• Integration Development between SAP and any 3rd party applications and systems
• Process harmonization and standardization within respective business domain
• Identifying the operational difficulties that the staff face in their daily operations
• Documenting, supervising and monitoring details of AS IS business processes
• Reviewing TO BE business process documentation and identifying gaps
• Suggesting TO BE business process documentation
• Efficacy of final business process design once approved
• Ensuring that the processes being implemented are in line with the company’s operations and do not affect other departments’ operations
• Liaising between users and the implementation team
• Identifying potential threats and informing all concerned parties in a timely manner
• Facilitating change management within their team and answering queries/alleviating fears
• Foreseeing future hurdles and preparing a mitigation strategy
• Successful implementation of SAP with acceptability across all hierarchies
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills
• Propose enhancements and improvements to existing SAP solutions
• Evaluate SAP system upgrades and new releases, assessing their impact on finance and procurement processes
• Maintain clear and concise documentation for future reference
