Requirements
• University degree, Business Studies, Communications, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 2 years working experiences preferably in marketing, event, partnership or related roles would be an advantage
• Candidates with event experiences working with government bureaus (such as MGTO and IPIM) will get credits
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom desktop research on Internet and high ranking social media platforms
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and to deploy resources effectively
• Willing and able to work overtime and during events as required
• Flexibility and willingness to travel rapidly as required, including but not limited to overseas business trips, meeting with business partners, attending business events, site checks and market research
Responsibilities
• Support on execution of events and marketing activities
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement marketing projects efficiently and effectively, including but not limited to Marketing Services, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Events and Entertainment, Public Relations, Hospitality, Spa, F&B, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and external vendors
• Follow and comply with the internal process and procedures for a smooth execution, ultimately to complete tasks according to the project timeline without delay
• Attend and assist onsite for overseas roadshows, local events and other marketing activities
• Assist to prepare marketing plan and proposal in terms of summarizing materials, conducting research, cost controlling and reporting.
• Conduct basic market intelligence research and analysis based on market and customer led perspectives
• Anticipate emergency situations and be able to alert and suggest solutions to superiors
• Maintain excellent working relationships with internal departments and outside parties
• Perform all other duties as assigned or required in order to meet the responsibilities of the position
• Comply with standard policies of the company at all time
