Requirements
• University degree, Business Administrations, Communications, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 4 years working experiences preferably in marketing, event, partnership or related roles would be an advantage
• Candidates with event experiences working with government bureaus (such as MGTO and IPIM) will get credits
• Analytical and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management, data analysis, and presentations
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom desktop research on Internet and high ranking social media platforms
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and to deploy resources effectively
• Willing and able to work overtime and during events as required
• Flexibility and willingness to travel rapidly as required, including but not limited to overseas business trips, meeting with business partners, attending business events, site checks and market research
Responsibilities
• Follow instructions from team leaders and management on implementation of marketing plan
• Support the Managers or above on all project related tasks to manage the internal and external stakeholders from overall planning, event management and onsite execution including but not limited for B2G, B2B and B2C events
• Responsible on execution and coordination of different projects on a daily basis
• Capable to consolidate marketing plans and proposals for overseas expansion
• Proactively follow-up and report regularly on projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to timeline, budget and high quality standard
• Coordinate with business organizations, institutions and entities to expand our overseas networks and enhance our brand awareness in the target markets
• Coordinate on government projects including but not limited to MGTO roadshows (such as Macau Weeks), IPIM events (such as MITE and MIF), gastronomy events (such as International Gastronomy Promenade), sports events, travel fairs and other business related expos to promote SJM Resorts
• Support the Managers or above to conduct market research and analysis for identifying potential opportunities for growth and development in overseas markets
• Track on progress and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement
• Work closely with other team members to fostering a collaborative, effective, efficient and high-performing work environment
• Keep abreast of market trends, policy changes, and global developments that may impact the organization's international operations
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements related to international partnerships and overseas development activities
• Maintain excellent working relationships with all departments and outside parties
• Perform all other duties as assigned or required in order to meet the responsibilities of the position
