Position: Senior Operator - Dock Operations
Department: Supply Chain (IT System, Project & Logistic Operations)
Working Location: Taipa / Cotai

Requirements: • Seconary/High school graduated or above
• Minimum 1 year related working experience
• With goods receiving knowledge of food and beverage
• Able to read English and Chinese
• General PC knowledge of MS office, including Chinese and English input
• Work is performed while standing and/or walking
• Required ability carry, push or pull medium weights
• Required activities involving moving loads at environment with changes in temperature and humidity, or with dust and gases
Responsibilities: • To perform proper items receiving including quantity count, visual & physical inspection, document reconciliation against PO
• Counting and checking goods (includes open box check)
• Sign off for goods received (Final confirmation w/suppliers)
• Palletizing goods to staging
• Responsible for dock operations functions, including put-away, order picking (for STO), cycle & physical counting, general housekeeping
• To operate dock booking scheduling system
• Daily movement count & warehouse housekeeping
• Transportation-arrange the distribution of goods, schedule and support for receiving goods
• Process receipt documents and reports
• Others-exception handling
• Undertake other ad hoc assignments or duties as assigned by his/her manager
