Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field
• Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications is a plus
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are desirable
• Minimum 15 years of working experience, with minimum 10 years working in management role in casino resort information technology industry or large corporation
• Solid experience in managing large-scale and mission-critical IT project(s) and IT operations support
• Experience in managing large-scale security incidents and implementing prevention strategies
• Knowledge on wide range of IT Areas including Infrastructure, Security, Application …etc.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge with cloud security solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in developing and managing budgets related to cyber security initiatives
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a strategic cyber security plan aligned with the organization's goals
• Lead the implementation of security technologies, policies, and protocols to safeguard sensitive information
• Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks and vulnerabilities
• Manage incident response processes, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of security breaches
• Establish and enforce standards for secure systems design and application development
• Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to ensure cyber security measures are integrated into all business processes
• Stay informed about emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends to enhance security posture
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the cyber security team
• Prepare and present detailed reports on the organization's security status to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
• Participate in the IT Senior Leadership group and assist IT Executives on IT Transformation strategy planning and execution
• Cultivate an environment of teamwork and mutual support for team growth and success
• Mentor team members, develop training plan for team members to diversify skillsets and experience
• Develop and maintain good partnership with IT teams, businesses and vendors
• Ensure vendors, consultants and contractors compliance with regulatory requirements, and contractual and service level agreements
• Follow IT internal processes, policies and procedures
