- Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or Information Technology Related Curriculum a minimum
• Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications a plus
• Minimum 15 years in IT infrastructure and operation with at least 5 years in a senior management role
• With experience in managing large IT project(s) is required
• Experience in gaming operation, customer loyalty, hotel operation, F&B, finance, logistic, human resource, infrastructure and telecommunication system projects
• Casino resort opening experience would be a bonus
• Extensive knowledge of gaming industry IT development and/or operation environment desirable
• Exposure to Microsoft/UNIX platform, networking, SAN storages and virtualization environment from major vendors like Microsoft, VMware, HP, NetApp or Huawei are desirable
• IT compliance practices and operational processes in a large casino and/or enterprise
• Strategic organization planning and implementation
• Budget planning and control covering all aspects of IT projects with formal processes
- Responsibilities
-
• Direct the long-term development of IT infrastructure systems architecture in the company
• Lead IT System Management team in the timely and cost-effective procurement, implementation, execution of standard operation practices and on-going performance management of infrastructure systems and solutions across teams
• Source and adopt new infrastructure solutions for serving the immediate and longer needs of Gaming Operations and Back-Offices departments for ongoing daily business operations and with contingency planning for disaster recovery
• Assist in managing the timeline and budget of all solution implementation projects
• Advise available IT solutions for satisfying IT department needs and assist in the development of business case justifications for the relevant solution projects
• Manage IT system, storage incidents and issues to drive for timely resolution to meet a healthiness measurement
• Maintain a very good resource library of potential solution suppliers in the market and manage vendor relationship and project support quality for best return on investment
• Ensure the passing on of know-how to other peer teams in the IT department for competent support of sourced or developed application system and service solutions
• Monitor and review performance of solutions provided to IT peer teams, user departments for continuous improvements including functional enhancements and increased cost effectiveness
• Develop, support, review and make appropriate recommendations on any IT internal processes or software applications for improving Technology and IT Infrastructure
• Handle and report any unsolved issues to management in a timely manner, including the provision of assistance to other IT peer teams on monitoring the performance and compliance status of gaming related IT systems at partnership casinos
