Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
• TOGAF/Certified Enterprise Architect certification(s) is preferable
• PMI Project Management Professional / Scrum Master Certification is preferable
• Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications a plus
• Minimum 10 years experience in IT Solution Management, project management or in a similar role
• Integrated Resort and/or Gaming working experience is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of operation and IT solutions within the Marketing/Hospitality/Back-of-house sector
• Proven ability to engage effectively with business leaders and drive technology initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business leaders, IT professionals, and external vendors
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge in Agile/DevOps Project Delivery is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions
• Familiarity with data management, data integration, and data governance principles
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
Responsibilities
• Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders across all departments to identify and understand business needs and objectives
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business units, ensuring technology solutions align with organizational strategic goals
• Cultivate relationships with external vendors and technology partners to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
• Conduct thorough evaluations of existing systems and processes, recommending enhancements to optimize performance and user experience
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of cutting-edge IT solutions
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with budgetary and timeline constraints
• Employ robust project management methodologies to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project objectives
• Lead, mentor, and coach the solutions team to foster professional growth and enhance team performance
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team
• Provide guidance and support in the development of team members' skills and knowledge
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance requirements are met across the technology solutions
• Ensure the reliability and performance of existing IT solutions through proactive monitoring and maintenance
• Implement best practices for IT service management, including incident management and problem resolution
• Gather and analyze user feedback and system performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Follow IT internal processes, policies and procedures
