Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of working experience, with minimum 5 years of experience in a senior-level cyber security role
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, methodologies, and technologies (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, encryption)
• Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications is a plus
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are desirable
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge with cloud security solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in spoken and written both English and Chinese
Responsibilities
• Support Director of Cyber Security to develop and lead the organization’s cyber security strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Manage and mentor a team of security professionals to ensure effective execution of security initiatives
• Monitor and assess the organization’s network to identify and address vulnerabilities
• Monitor and Manage incident response operation, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security breaches
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
• Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate identified risks
• Stay updated on emerging security threats, technologies, and trends
• Evaluate and deploy advanced tools and technologies to enhance the organization’s security posture
• Cultivate an environment of teamwork and mutual support for team growth and success
• Mentor team members, develop training plan for team members to diversify skillsets and experience
• Develop and maintain good partnership with IT teams, businesses and vendors
• Ensure vendors, consultants and contractors compliance with regulatory requirements, and contractual and service level agreements
• Follow IT internal processes, policies and procedures
