Requirements
• Secondary school graduation or above, possess higher education is plus (Engineering related major is highly preferred)
• Holding admitted qualification in engineering skill, such as electrician skill certificate, possession of electrical and mechanical work experience is a plus
• Able to work on shift
• Call Center or customer service related working experience is a plus
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Software and the other Office Software
• Knowledge in spoken and written both English and Chinese
Responsibilities
• Handle 24/7 facility management system calls with standardized incident triage and initial diagnosis
• Analyze user-reported issues with professional judgment to develop tiered solutions
• Implement full-cycle service tracking & make sure issues are handled properly
• Follow Facilities Management internal processes, policies and procedures
