- Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Hospitality or related disciplines
• CPA , ACCA and CIA preferred
• over 5 years of progressive experience in revenue audit, or financial controls, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in multi-property/multi-brand hotel environments
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Shiji, etc.) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Communication: Capable to explain technical issues to non-finance stakeholders
• Analytical mindset: Ability to dissect complex revenue streams and spot anomalies
• Leadership: Motivate teams and drive process improvements
- Responsibilities
-
1. Revenue Audit & Compliance:
• Lead end-to-end revenue audits across all business channels
• Ensure revenue recognition aligns with company standards
• Identify and mitigate risks related to revenue leakage, deferred revenue, rebates, discounts, contract, etc.
2. Internal Controls & Process Improvement:
• Evaluate and strengthen internal controls over revenue cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue reporting and reduce manual interventions.
• Implement automation tools (e.g., ERP modules, data analytics) to enhance audit efficiency and accuracy.
3. External Audit & Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors for revenue-related inquiries
• Prepare audit documentation and respond to audit findings with actionable solutions
4. Team Leadership:
• Manage and mentor a team of revenue auditors, providing guidance on complex auditing issues
• Conduct training sessions on revenue recognition policies and audit methodologies
5. Reporting & Analysis:
• Deliver clear, data-driven reports to senior management on audit results, trends, and corrective actions
