Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Hospitality or related disciplines
• CPA , ACCA and CIA preferred
• over 5 years in hospitality accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience in multi-property/multi-brand hotel environments
• Expertise in hotel-specific financials (e.g., room revenue, POS reconciliation, etc.)
• Advanced Excel and accounting system (SAP)
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Responsibilities
1. Financial Management & Reporting:
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including reviewing purchase request, material allocation and transfer
• Prepare and analyze monthly nongaming management reports in compliance with GAAP/IFRS
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end/year-end closing processes
• Collaborate with department heads to review budgets, P&L, and cost-control initiatives

2. Internal Controls & Compliance:
• Maintain and enforce internal financial policies to safeguard assets and prevent fraud
• Ensure compliance with tourism tax regulations, hospitality accounting standards, and audit requirements
• Liaise with external auditors and manage annual audits

3. Team Leadership & Development:
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff
• Conduct training on financial systems (e.g., SAP ERP) and best practices

4. Operational Support:
• Partner with the revenue management and costing team to maintain the right posting, accrual, allocation, etc.
• Analyze financial variances (e.g., food cost) and recommend corrective actions

5. Systems & Technology:
• Mastery of accounting software (e.g., SAP)
• Leverage BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for financial dashboards and KPIs
