Position: Director - Cage Operations

Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum of 10 years’ of management experience in Casino Cage, Bank or Treasury
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsibilities: • Provide overall strategic direction and daily oversight for the Casino Cage, Employee Bank and Count Room
• Ensure financial transactions are recorded in accordance with company policy and regulatory guidelines
• Develop and oversee the execution of company and property objectives related to Cage, Credit, Count Room
• Direct efficient operations, including labor management and inventory control, adjusting staffing levels based on business demand
• Measure and enhance guest services consistent with the company's core service standards and brand attributes
• Oversee guest service standards and respond to guest and employee complaints in a timely manner
