Requirements
• Diploma in business management school
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role and housekeeping related experience
• Excellent verbal communication in English, ideally fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, typing and computer literacy
• Record keeping and inventory, analyzing information, problem solving, reporting
Responsibilities
• Back up for Assistant Vice President for project process, such as scoping, preparation. Procurement, report and conclusion
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
• Deliver engaging, informative, well organized presentations
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors
• Create financial document, such as PR, SR, CER and CRR
• Keep good record for purchasing and sourcing items
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Assistant Vice President of Housekeeping Team
• To monitor daily attendance, annual leave, sick leave, special leave and resignation for the team with adherence to company policies and Macau Labour Law
• Ensure that all attendance reports are in Mizzisoft
