Requirements
• Degree or WSET certificate or related field
• Knowledge of Asian and Western cuisine, wine, cocktails or other drinks
• Preferred wine service experience in large scale casino properties as well as hotels
• Fluent in both spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Must be able to work various shifts
Responsibilities
• Constantly Interacts with guests, exposing them to our wine experience
• Maintain current and accurate wine information on the wine lists and e-wine lists, include vintage changes, availability, etc
• Manage wine cellar arrangement and maintain its tidiness
• Oversees the server wine training programs
