Position: Senior Manager - Production

Requirements: • University degree, or at least a Diploma in IT / Communications / Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical or Audio Visual Engineering and or any Audio Visual technology training
• With related professional training certificate is preferred
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the field of audio visual and entertainment/ show business, negotiating production contracts, including large scale arenas set-up
• Preferably a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the casino/hotel/entertainment industry
• Experience with lighting and audio used for headline entertainment and production shows
• Experience with modern theatrical scenery equipment including steel structures, wood coverings, plastics, installation and troubleshooting
• Deep experience in theatrical fabrication and the ability to read and understand blueprints
• Deep knowledge of the entertainment industry
• Strong technical knowledge
• Familiar with insurance, health and safety rules
• Understanding of production process and audio-visual equipment set-up
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong in written English and Chinese
Responsibilities: • Source and develop high-performing entertainment technology to enhance the value of the entertainments
• Manage technical production requirements for audio, video, lighting and props for entertainments
• Coordinate and design the programme planning of Entertainment team; evaluating and scheduling new and revised audio visual systems software and configuration
• Develop safety SOPs for staff especially for handling the use and storage of equipment and chemicals
• Manage service contracts, monitor and evaluate their performances
• Develop with vendors the configuration chart of all systems
• Review the performance goals and objectives with Entertainment team regularly
• Plan the daily scheduled operation and maintenance workflow chart
• Create the stock inventory list and requirements of spare parts, to support the regular operation and maintenance properly
• Assisting other teams in audio visual system field
• Recommend short and long term departmental goals
• Develop the departmental SOPs
