• Bachelor Degree or above
• Possession 12 years of engineering work experience, very familiar with the electrical and mechanical related operation principles of water supply and drainage devices, HVAC devices, electrical devices, fire fighting devices, boiler furnace device and building equipment monitoring system
• Minimum 8 years experience in leading more than 40 technicians working in installation, maintenance and modification of hotel and casino resort or commercial buildings or engineering project
• Minimum 5 years managerial level working experience in hotel and casino resort or commercial buildings, able to handle system repairing, ability in emergency response, and human resource deployment independently
• Holding one professionally qualification in engineering
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Able to work on shift
- Responsibilities
-
• Writing various electrical and mechanical equipment operating procedures, accident reports, malfunction analysis reports and energy trends reports, etc.
• Need continuously to explore the solutions of optimize company's image and improve operational efficiency
• Familiar with industry regulations and specification
• Responsible for formulating work standards for the operation and maintenance of the equipment under jurisdiction
• Assist the senior manager to formulate and revise the department's annual work plan for regular maintenance and maintenance plans, energy-saving plans, budget reports, and procurement of materials
• Supervise equipment installation, repair and maintenance to ensure work quality standards comply with local safety regulations and laws
• Responsible for monitoring the budget plan for operation and maintenance
• Able to handle unexpected, urgent or ad hoc work independently
• Proactively liaise closely with relevant departments to arrange and assign various maintenance tasks to different teams
• Monitor maintenance work order record data, analyze the type and quantity of maintenance work order, to ensure the maintenance work order can be completed effectively, and report abnormal data and trends to the higher level
• Supervise and guide employees under the jurisdiction strictly implement safety rules and operating procedures
• Regularly review the progress of planned maintenance
• Supervise subordinates to properly use and maintain the safety of tools and the accuracy of testing instruments
• Supervise and ensure the smooth flow of fire and emergency escape routes in the jurisdiction
• Monitor, evaluate and revise whether the implementation procedures and timing of all energy-saving systems meet the requirements of the plan, and make flexible control of environmental variations
• Monitor the delivery of new and old equipment, monitor the progress of maintenance, repair, replacement and modification which is outsourced
• Assist senior manager to prepare emergency response plans and arrange regular drills for employees
• Responsible to formulate the staff duty shift list
• Familiar with the employee rules and company regulations, explain to subordinates the policies that company need to implement, ensure subordinates fully understand and perform that, also familiar with labor law and regulations
• Assist in the formulation of technical training plans and courses, participate in the work of mentors, and improve the technical level of existing and new employees
• Submit the performance appraisal report of subordinates every year
• Accept and perform tasks assigned by superiors, including on shift and working location allocation
