- Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Possession 10 years of engineering work experience, minimum 6 years experience in leading more than 30 technicians working in installation, maintenance and modification of hotel and casino resort or commercial buildings or engineering project among that
• Very familiar with the electrical and mechanical related operation principles of water supply and drainage devices, HVAC devices, electrical devices, fire fighting devices, boiler furnace device and building equipment monitoring system
• Able to handle system repairing, ability in emergency response, and human resource deployment independently
• Holding higher level professionally qualification in engineering skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Able to work on shift
- Responsibilities

• Comply with the operational goals and implement attitude which set up by department
• Supervise subordinates to perform their work in accordance with the rules and regulations formulated by the industry or government, in order to ensure their personal and equipment using safety
• According to the maintenance plan, organize and arrange subordinates perform regular maintenance and maintenance work, ensure the equipment always in good operating condition, and provide technical support to the subordinates and participate in maintenance work at any time
• Lead subordinates to handle the urgent or unexpected or ad hoc work during duty and off-duty hours, including non-specialized work
• Supervise, approve, coordinate and report to higher level about the quality and progress of work of outsourced to maintenance company
• Design variety of mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance, outsourcing engineering procedures and construction scope
• Supervise the delivery, maintenance, repair, replacement, and retrofit of facilities
• Analyze and record data to submit working report regularly
• Lead and guide subordinates to improve the operating efficiency of electrical and mechanical devices to achieve high-efficiency requirement
• Propose equipment operation malfunction issues and solutions to superiors
• Supervise the regular inventory work, and supervise the public maintenance equipment of the department to ensure that the number and quality level of team’s tools continually keep above the general level
• Evaluate and purchase materials and tools needed for work
• Daily report to the department head about mechanical and electrical issues in past day and the work arrangements for the day
• Assist in the formulation of technical training plans and courses, participate in the work of mentors, and improve the technical level of existing and new employees
• Supervise subordinates’ implementation of various company regulation situation
• Supervise subordinates to conduct equipment accidents prevention drills
• Regularly inspect working environment, especially the cleanliness and safety level of the machine room and workshop
