- Requirements
-
• College graduate or above is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in casino business, with exposure to resorts, properties and possess good business acumen
• Experience in Casino Marketing or International Marketing is a strong advantage
• Adapt and implement new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances
• Ability to develop good business relationship and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Displays high level of integrity and commitment to customer service
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Be willing to work any day and any shift including weekends and holidays if required
- Responsibilities
-
• Analyze the performance of service in VIP & Mass Gaming areas, including the staff to strategize with operations team regarding service delivery to our guests
• Monitor the coordination of tournament and special event
• Ensure all logistics are provided. Private jet, flight, ferry, car and etc
• Work with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Work closely with hotel team to manage and achieve highest daily occupancy
• Develop departmental standard of operating procedures and change whenever needed
• Recruit, train and develop team members
• Manage strategic planning, forecasting and preparation of annual budgets, while monitoring on a regular basis financial performance as it relates to the annual budget
