Requirements
• Primary school graduated or above
• Minimum of 3 years of F&B kitchen working experience
• Responsible, good interpersonal and communication skill
• Required to work on shift
Responsibilities
• Setup, preparation and execution of well-balanced and appealing meals in accordance with the pre-determined menus and recipes
• Ensure the daily operation of the kitchen
• Ensure preparation, storage and transportation of raw meats and their storage method is in line with Food Hygiene standards
• Use, store and maintain kitchen equipment safely
• Keep the work area clean and sanitary, and comply with safety standards
• Perform other job related duties as requested
