Position: Service Representative
Department: Slot Operations
Working Location: Taipa / Cotai

Requirements: • High School Degree preferred
• Customer service related work experience is preferred. Slot Gaming understanding or experience is an advantage
• Willingness to be trained in slot operations in a large Casino environment
• Basic understanding of Slot Operations and basic computing skills preferred
• Be out-going, energetic and possess a positive attitude towards the job and the Company
Responsibilities: • To attend to players and visitor’s needs
• Ensure that all Slot areas are kept clean and well-stocked with supplies
• Verify and process slot machine transactions, including payouts and fills
• Ensure that every slot machine is in optimum operational condition
• Handle customer questions/ complaints personally wherever possible, hand over / redirect to relevant authority where necessary
