Position: Senior Manager - Overseas Development
Department: Corporate Brand and Marketing

Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above (Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field is preferred)
• Minimum of 7 year working experience in casino, hotel and integrated resorts
• Good Business network in Macau
• Proficient in preparing pro-forma and budget estimation, develop promotions standard operating procedure and process flow
• Good Knowledge in analysing detailed financial statements, data trends
• Knowledge of strong organizational skills
• Proficient in written, spoken and presentation in Chinese and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities: • Responsible for inbound mass marketing & partnership promotions of Grand Lisboa Palace
• Developing and executing innovative and measurable marketing and promotions via consulting with gaming and non-gaming sectors
• Planning and coordinating with relevant departments & production companies on logistics preparation for all Trade shows & Road shows
• Networking and building good relationship with the Macau Government Tourist Office and joining their regional and overseas roadshow
• Work closely with various external and internal marketing teams and PR for advertising and communication initiatives
• Recommend short and long term division goals
