Requirements
• Diploma or above in Business Studies, Management, Marketing or a related field
• Must have minimum 3 years of experience working in marketing field and preferable in casino, hotel or resort industry
• Must exercise an executive presence, perform his/her duties using honesty and fairness and have the ability to inspire all team members to provide the highest levels of customer service and standards
• Must be a creative thinker who can develop new and exciting ways to provide or project value to our guests
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience in using Intra-Extranet
• Strong knowledge in Chinese culture and the gaming industry
• Must have excellent decision-making and organizational skills
• Must be willing and able to work extended shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and during special events as required
Responsibilities
• Assist to develop the events & promotions concept and execute them within budget for loyalty club, casino, retail, F&B, resort-wide etc. Consulting with gaming and non-gaming sectors
• Prepare relevant documents and program outlines for approval of management and DICJ
• Supervises the promotion team in regards to the operational work flow of all tasks and ensures all events & promotion are adequately resourced
• Planning and coordinating with relevant departments & production companies on logistics preparation for all trade shows & Road shows in line with the approved participation plan in an effort to drive business and inbound victors and keep abreast of market trends, market innovation, industry and related travel news in the target region
• Prepare pro-forma, budget estimates for all partnership and resort promotions for prior management approval
• Develop and document promotions standard operating procedure and process flow and ensure all events and promotions are duly executed within local regulations including necessary authorized approval
• Work closely with various marketing teams and PR for advertising and communication initiatives to increase promotions awareness and other logistics preparation for successful roll-out of the event
• Ensure submission pre and post-event reports as necessary and conduct post event analysis
• Support card members’ events and promotions as part of Loyalty Marketing & CRM initiatives
• Support the development of the guest database in Loyalty Marketing and strive to promote new membership enrollment events and promotions
• Coordinate with production company effectively to implement all the event requirements on-time
